Body Toning Whether you are just beginning to incorporate fitness into your lifestyle or want to enhance your current fitness level, this is a must do program. This class is designed to improve total body strength, develop definition, endurance, balance coordination, and join flexibility. Movements are performed slowly and isometrically to focus on form and to develop “core” muscles. A variety of equipment will be used. Equipment will be provided
Zumba® *THIS CLASS LED BY LICENSED ZUMBA INSTRUCTOR MICHELE MECKL* Take Salsa, Cha-Cha, Samba, Meringue and add in some Calypso, Hip-Hop and Belly Dancing and you have Zumba! Latin and international music mix to create a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms to maximize caloric output, burn fat, and tone and sculpt your body!
Zumba® Step *THIS CLASS LED BY LICENSED ZUMBA INSTRUCTOR MICHELE MECKL* This class format will combine the cardio fun of Zumba with the lower body toning benefits of a traditional step class. This total body workout will help you lift and shape your legs, glutes and hips while you shake and step your way through an hour of sweaty fun! You MUST pre-register to attend this class. FiTness 101 *THIS CLASS LED BY INSTRUCTOR MICHELE MECKL* Join Michele in this hour long, moderate intensity workout that utilizes natural body resistance and a combination of cardio and strength training exercises to shape and tone head to toe! Perfect for someone just beginning a fitness journey or someone that is looking to add an additional workout to their week! Equipment will be provided
