All classes are $8 per class, unless otherwise noted. Classes are one hour in length (unless otherwise noted) and appropriate for ages 14 & up.

Body Toning Whether you are just beginning to incorporate fitness into your lifestyle or want to enhance your current fitness level, this is a must do program. This 30 minute class is designed to improve total body strength, develop definition, endurance, balance coordination, and joint flexibility. Movements are performed slowly and isometrically to focus on form and to develop “core” muscles. A variety of equipment will be used and will be provided. Offered select Saturdays at 10am, please consult the schedule for dates. Just $3
Short Circuit Toning This 30 minute class combines all the elements of our Body Toning class in a circuit format. Move from station to station while performing exercises designed to improve total body strength, develop definition, endurance, balance coordination, and join flexibility. Movements are performed slowly and isometrically to focus on form and to develop “core” muscles. A variety of equipment will be used and will be provided. Zumba® Take Salsa, Cha-Cha, Samba, Meringue and add in some Calypso, Hip-Hop and Belly Dancing and you have Zumba! Latin and international music mix to create a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms to maximize caloric output, burn fat, and tone and sculpt your body!
Zumba® Step This class format will combine the cardio fun of Zumba with the lower body toning benefits of a traditional step class. This total body workout will help you lift and shape your legs, glutes and hips while you shake and step your way through an hour of sweaty fun! You MUST pre-register to attend this class. Zumba® Tone In this class, we will mix the cardio fun of Zumba with the interval strength training benefits of a toning class. Focusing on the whole body, you will dance, squat, lift, crunch and push yourself to a better you! Equipment will be provided
FiTness 101 Join Michele in this hour long, moderate intensity workout that utilizes natural body resistance and a combination of cardio and strength training exercises to shape and tone head to toe! Perfect for someone just beginning a fitness journey or someone that is looking to add an additional workout to their week! Currently offered Tuesdays at 6pm Equipment will be provided
FiTblast! Similar to our FiTness 101 class, this hour long, workout utilizes natural body resistance and a combination of cardio and strength training exercises to provide a total body shaping! Exercises vary between blasts of cardio, strength testing body weight and repetitions to leave you feeling challenged and energized! Currently offered just a few Saturdays each month..please consult our schedule for dates! Equipment will be provided
HIIT FiT Join us for this 30 minute class that is guaranteed to challenge you! High Intensity Interval Training combines short periods of intense exercises with short rest periods. You will work head to toe and improve your cardio endurance as well as improve your total body strength. Not recommended for someone just beginning their fitness journey. A variety of equipment will be used and will be provided. Class is offered Mondays at 7:30pm Just $3
Men's FiTness Calling all the guys! This one hour class is designed for men of all fitness levels, ages, and experience. Class format changes weekly but will always work to improve cardio endurance, strengthen muscle capability and tone total body. Attention is given to proper form to improve strength in a safe environment. A variety of equipment will be used and will be provided. Offered Tuesdays at 7pm. $10/class First class is FREE.
