Zumba® Take Salsa, Cha-Cha, Samba, Meringue and add in some Calypso, Hip-Hop and Belly Dancing and you have Zumba! Latin and international music mix to create a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms to maximize caloric output, burn fat, and tone and sculpt your body! FRIDAY 9:15AM AT MARY SKIBA SCHOOL OF DANCE $8/CLASS (CASH ONLY)
Zumba® Step This class format will combine the cardio fun of Zumba with the lower body toning benefits of a traditional step class. This total body workout will help you lift and shape your legs, glutes and hips while you shake and step your way through an hour of sweaty fun! You MUST pre-register to attend this class. Zumba® Tone In this class, we will mix the cardio fun of Zumba with the interval strength training benefits of a toning class. Focusing on the whole body, you will dance, squat, lift, crunch and push yourself to a better you! Equipment will be provided TUESDAY 9:15AM AT MARY SKIBA SCHOOL OF DANCE $8/CLASS (CASH ONLY)
Sweat, Tone & Sculpt A little cardio, some toning, a dash of strength training and a whole lot of SWEAT! This class offers it all! Class format will vary weekly to keep your muscles and your mind guessing but it will always be an awesome workout! Please bring along a mat! Weights and equipment provided but you aer welcome to bring your own weights if you prefer!
